X-Country

On friday 24th August St Pius X Catholic School participated at the 2012 X-Country. All the students were waiting at the courts and all teachers were getting things ready.

It was so hot when the big race started and all the little kids were running in the courts and the big kids ran around the school and they was so excited. All the classes was running and they were so hot and tired. They were fit and it was a good race for all the kids and some kids came back and they were so nervous. Some of the students stopped during the race because they had stitch. When they came back they went to run around the school. When the kids came back they went to the teacher and told them that you came last or first.

After that Miss G came to tell us to be quiet and that all the teacher could take their class back to their own classroom. We went back to our own classroom and all the class went to line up to go home.

Start walking from the big mountain and cross the bridge and go around the big rock and you walk 1,2,3,.....34,35, 36 steps until you  reach the big rock behind there is the  box and you will find the treasure there.

Apple Description

The apple as nice as a fruit and delicious as a yummy candy.

The Granny Smith looks like a Circle, or a Tennis ball, or sphere. It sounds like a Crunchy chip when you bite into it. The apple is as small as a nice, round ball. The apple is as hard as a rock and is yummy like a pie.

I eat an apple because it is healthy.

Fractions-Week5

A fractions is a piece of a whole.
It shows 2 number together. Fractions can be ordered.
My favourite things about fractions so far is bingo fraction.

What is Anointing

The Sacraments that have Anointing in them are Baptism and healing of the sick.

Special oil called chrism oil and holy water are use for Anointing.

During Anointing you  are being Welcoming ans blessed by God.
